Disappointing Customer Service

Although my address is correct in the order confirmation email I received, somehow the label was printed with one wrong number, and the package was returned to sender. After emailing with customer service, I received no apology, no acknowledgement and no empathy at all. I was looking forward to receiving my order and am disappointed by the experience all around. I'm also confused by all of the reviews praising customer service, because my experience was the exact opposite.

Beautiful bra in person

I ordered this with leggings and a one piece from this brand. If your hesitant don't be. The quality is premium. The size charts are accurate and this bra is Stunning and still go with so much in my wardrobe. It's very supportive as well. For reference I'm a 32/34 D and the small fits perfectly.
