Although my address is correct in the order confirmation email, somehow the label that was printed had one number wrong and the package was returned to the sender. After emailing with customer service, I received no apology, no acknowledgement, no empathy at all. Such a disappointing experience, as I was looking forward to my order. I'm confused by all of the reviews complimenting customer service, as I had the completely opposite experience. Shop at your own risk.

I drooled over this suit for months and finally went for it. I got a size large and it fits great but I probably could have sized up to XL (on account of my bum 😜) I'm usually a size 10 for reference- but I'm very curvy. The cut of this suit is everything. It's so flattering. Im so happy with it. 25/10!!!

I am an older person with a less than perfect body and an abdominal scar, and this is the first two piece swimsuit I have dared to wear in quite some time. The fabric and the craftsmanship are above and beyond anything I could have expected, and the design is so flattering to every body type, but not in a “I’m a wallflower so I’m going to hide in my shapeless tent suit and hope that no one notices me anymore” kind of way. It is beautiful and striking, unlike anything else in the pool, and I got complements the first time I wore it. I also ordered the Serena bikini in dark green, and the pieces of those two designs mix and match really well to create four different looks. I am back in bikinis again, thanks to Visual Mood! Love this company ❤️

I can’t describe how wonderful these suits feel. They’re made from the softest material ever and are just so incredibly gorgeous. This suit in particular is the one the caught my attention when browsing. Then I found all the other options! Obsessed. These suits are so classic and will never go out of style - They look great on all shapes and sizes too. Highly recommend!!

The quality is very good! Consulted with customer service about the size, they replied promptly and advised size Xs for top and s for bottom, they fit perfectly!
