It is a great swimsuit. The quality especially impressed me. Be careful of the sizing - I originally bought a Small, but a Medium fit me much better. I contacted them and they replied quickly and helped me with the exchange! I highly recommend.

Disappointing customer service

Due to an error on the mailing label, my order never arrived. My address is correct in the order confirmation email, yet somehow the label had one number wrong and obviously the post office couldn't deliver it. After emailing with customer service, I received no apology, no acknowledgement, no empathy at all. Such a disappointing experience, as I was looking forward to the bathing suit. I'm confused by all of the reviews complimenting customer service, as I had the completely opposite experience. Shop at your own risk.

I love the material how thick it is and the unique print is gorgeous :) The skirt is super fun and playful!

I love the suit! What I adore about Visual Mood, besides the gorgeous patterns, is the collaborative approach to completing an outfit. Keep up the fantastic work!
